- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments and inquiries. 
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives. 
- Stay informed about social media trends and recommend innovative approaches. 
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role. 
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities.
